The Batch Calculation dialog is used when you want the program to re-calculate the costs and prices of all recipes and/or menus.

 

 

To launch this dialog, select Batch Calculate... from the Tools menu, or click the button in the toolbar and the program will display this dialog. Just check the Recipes and/or Menus check boxes and click the OK button. The program will then proceed to re-calculate the costs of all recipes and/or menus.

 

NOTE: Depending on the number of recipes and menus in your database, and your computer's performance, this process can take a while to run.
