To export ingredients (only) to another database you must use the Export Wizard.

It is possible to export ingredients to the following destination types:

 

•ASCII text files

•Resort Software databases

 

NOTE 1: It is important, when exporting ingredients from your database that you do not choose to use the "Merge databases" option.  You should select specific data to be exported from your database.

 

NOTE 2: If you are exporting recipes from your database, the system will automatically export all ingredients required for those recipes.  You can export recipes (and the ingredients contained within them) from your Resort Bistro database to the following data sources:

 

•HTML files

•Recipe Exchange Format (RXF) files

•Resort Software databases

NOTE:  If you want to export the ingredients listed in the browser list to a newly created database in a few simple clicks, use the Ingredient Quick Export option.
