A menu in Resort Chef is just like a menu that you might prepare for one of your outlets. You build the menu up selecting recipes for the menu and separating them into their respective course groupings (i.e. 'Starters', 'Main Courses', 'Desserts', etc.).
Viewing menus
Menu details can be viewed from the Menu Page in the database window. The database window lists the current 'set' of menus in what's called the menu browser list (on the left) and displays the currently selected ingredient's details in the Menu Page on the right. Selecting menus for display
You can select a sub-set of your menus for display with the Menu Selection Filter. This lets you select, say, all menus assigned to a particular category. See Selecting or Filtering Menus and Menu Selection Filter dialog for more details.
Creating/modifying menus
Menus can be created and modified with the Menu dialog. You launch the Menu dialog from buttons within the Menu page.
