Assuming that your are in the middle of creating or modifying a menu and you already have the Menu dialog on screen, to insert a recipe or course into the current menu:-
| 1. | Click the Recipes tab at the top of the Menu dialog. Resort Chef will display the Component Recipes page (see diagram below). |
| 2. | Click in the recipe list in the row in which you would like to insert the recipe (or course). |
| 3. | Click the  button on the left of the list, or alternatively, click the right mouse button in the list and select the Insert option from the resulting popup menu. Resort Chef will display the Search/Select dialog. |
| 4. | Use the Search/Select dialog to select a recipe (or course) and click the OK button. |
| 5. | Fill in the quantity for the newly inserted recipe. |
| 6. | Repeat from step 2 above to insert another recipe. |
